Our screen prints
Unique designs
It's Marie who designs all the patterns that are printed on the Télito "tote" bags. After drawing them on paper and tracing them, she reworks them on the computer. Digital retouching allows more freedom whether for placement, the possibility of adding elements or geometric shapes. Then the files are ready to be screen printed.
Printing process
In Bruno's workshop, a few kilometers from the store, the tote bag patterns are made by screen printing. Based on the stencil principle, screen printing is the oldest and most widespread type of marking. How it works ? The pattern to be made is reproduced on a silk mesh frame. If the pattern has several colors, it is broken down. Each color has its own framework. The colors are applied one after the other resulting in a final screen print with great density and color saturation.
Premium organic cotton
We have selected the Stanley & Stella brand, leader in the manufacturing of organic cotton clothing. Indeed, since 2012, their desire has been to break the codes in order to change the perception of the textile industry. In short, more authentic and more responsible clothing, made in a more human, ethical and ecological way. We naturally turned to them for our bags and T-shirts. Indeed, in addition to taking great care in manufacturing, they respect ethical and fair trade charters with respect for people and the planet.
