Using a microfiber or soft damp cloth, gently rub the exterior fabric of your Télito.

Detach

If you do a stain (greasy, etc.) on your Télito, we advise you to use a natural fabric stain remover so as not to damage the material.

Hand washing

Leave your Télito to soak in a basin of lukewarm or cold water with a mild detergent (avoid detergents).

Let them dry without rushing them, if possible outside (no tumble dryer).

Recommended waterproofing

For rain or unforeseen tasks, we recommend that you waterproof your Télito to make their maintenance easier. Discover our eco-friendly waterproofing here .

The lifespan of shoes takes into account several factors and can vary greatly from person to person.

The number of kilometers traveled, the weight of the person, the care taken in maintaining the shoes, whether you only wear this pair or whether you alternate between several, whether or not you tend to wear out your shoes in general. ..

We give an estimate between 2 and 4 years but it could be more.

Seasonality of the primi model :

Spring - autumn: the most favorable period

Summer: Can be a little hot except for people used to closed shoes in summer.

Winter: if the weather is dry (waterproof model) you can add a warm pure wool sock for example.

Seasonality of the Equinoxe model :

As its name suggests, you can wear them from the autumn equinox to the spring equinox (September to March).

The interior lining of this model is made of bamboo. You can add a warm pure wool sock if you tend to have cold feet.

Severe weather:

Télito shoes are made of fabric, you can waterproof them so that they become water-repellent. Discover our eco-friendly waterproofing here .

Terrains and Reliefs

Télito shoes are city shoes to wear every day.
We chose a city shoe or even a short walk.

The natural textiles that we have chosen are not adapted to the constraints linked to intensive sporting use. If you want to go hiking, sport,... call us on 04 90 62 08 50, we will be able to advise you.

Greek and Egyptian foot shapes, as well as wide to thin feet, will find their place in Télito shoes. Square and extra-wide legs will be cramped.

Wearing orthopedic insoles is possible as long as they are thin and flexible. However, the effect of the shoe will be somewhat muted. If you choose to put your insoles in Télito, consider taking a size larger.

Do not hesitate to ask the podiatrist or health professional who is treating you for an opinion.

It is Marie who designs and designs all the Télito collections, in France, in Carpentras.

Our raw materials come from Spain.

Manufacturing takes place in Portugal in a small workshop.

We have chosen to work with European collaborators for their know-how, their
values, respect for the individual and geographical proximity
with France.

We will send you free of charge (by email) a shipping slip to print and stick on the package which will be dropped off at a relay point.

Refund

Upon receipt, we will check the item(s) and refund your order (including shipping costs) within 14 days.

Attention! Items must be returned in perfect condition. We reserve the right to apply a 70% discount if the items show damage, excessive wear, heavily worn soles, tears, stains, degraded interior, etc.
