Our boot is worn from the autumn equinox to the spring equinox.
On these dates, the day has the same length as the night. These are two cyclical and natural phenomena that recur every year.
The Equinoxe model is a Chelsea boot type shoe. Always with a zero drop sole for a barefoot feeling, "like bare feet".
We played with bi-materials and two-tones for a touch of elegant fantasy. The outer material is a recycled “nubuck effect” polyester.
Smooth on the forefoot and quilted effect around the ankle. Although the appearance resembles leather, the Equinoxes are vegan.
For questions of warmth and waterproofness... The interior lining is made of bamboo, you can of course wear pure wool socks to be warmer.
The Equinoxes are suitable for a dry winter, they are not waterproof. You can nevertheless waterproof them (discover our ecological waterproofing here ).
We remind you that the Equinoxe are city shoes and not high mountain or hiking shoes, they are neither lined nor waterproof.
Dust
Using a microfiber or soft damp cloth, gently rub the exterior fabric of your Equinoxe .
Detach
If you do a stain (greasy, etc.) on your Equinoxe , we advise you to use a natural fabric stain remover so as not to damage the material.
Hand washing
Leave your Equinoxe to soak in a basin of lukewarm or cold water with a mild detergent (avoid detergents).
Let them dry without rushing them, if possible outside (no tumble dryer).
Recommended waterproofing
For rain or unforeseen tasks, we recommend waterproofing your Equinoxe to make maintenance easier. Discover our eco-friendly waterproofing here .
The lifespan of shoes takes into account several factors and can vary greatly from person to person.
The number of kilometers traveled, the weight of the person, the care taken in maintaining the shoes, whether you only wear this pair or whether you alternate between several, whether or not you tend to wear out your shoes in general. ..
We give an estimate between 2 and 4 years but it could be more.
Seasonality of the Equinoxe model :
As the name suggests, you can wear them from the autumn equinox to the spring equinox (September to March).
The interior lining of this model is made of bamboo. You can add a warm pure wool sock if you tend to have cold feet.
Severe weather:
The Equinoxe are shoes made from recycled “nubuck” effect fabric; you can waterproof them so that they become water-repellent. Discover our eco-friendly waterproofing here .
Terrains and Reliefs
Télito shoes are city shoes to wear every day.
We chose a city shoe or even a short walk.
The recycled textiles that we have chosen are not adapted to the constraints linked to intensive sporting use. If you want to go hiking, sport,... call us on 04 90 62 08 50, we will be able to advise you.
Greek and Egyptian foot shapes, as well as wide to thin feet, will find their place in Télito shoes. Square and extra-wide legs will be cramped.
Wearing orthopedic insoles is possible as long as they are thin and flexible. However, the effect of the shoe will be somewhat muted. If you choose to put your insoles in Télito, consider taking a size larger.
Do not hesitate to ask the podiatrist or health professional who is treating you for an opinion.
The Equinoxe Télito are made of 80% recycled materials and are 100% recyclable (by us). Vegan model

Our raw materials come from Spain.

Our sole is unique and required the creation of specific molds. Indeed, as it has no heel or reinforcement (arch), we had to create our own molds in order to respect our physiological criteria. Our sole is thin and flat, the same thickness under the entire foot (7mm).
So we designed and placed our sole. we chose to reveal cells underneath to stimulate the reflex points of the foot and give more flexibility to the sole to allow it to follow the movement of the foot without constraint. Wide at the front, it respects the morphology of the foot and allows the toes to regain their freedom, thus improving proprioception.
It is composed of 70% recycled natural rubber (old soles) and 30% new natural rubber, this is the ideal proportion to guarantee the solidity of the sole. And to raise awareness about recycling, we chose to incorporate coffee grounds recovered from restaurateurs or cork scraps, waste from Portuguese industry.
The barefoot shoe allows you to rediscover the benefits and sensations of walking barefoot, the original and natural way of man.
It is an ultra-soft and comfortable shoe, which respects the morphology of the foot and gives it full freedom of movement.
With its wide shape at the front, it is also suitable for deformed feet (hallux valgus, etc.).
It allows the thumb to realign itself.
Its thin sole (5mm) provides self-massage thanks to the feeling of the reliefs of the ground which stimulates the reflex points of the foot. Posture, venous return, strengthening of the muscles of the feet, ankles and calves are improved, thus preserving the knees, hips and back.
Beyond the well-being and aesthetic aspect, the environmental aspect is particularly close to our hearts.
Our first idea was to offer you shoes made from organic textiles. But ultimately, organic would have required producing new specific raw materials.
So we turned to recycled and 100% recyclable materials. Let's value, let's give a second life to what we throw away.
We have therefore thought out the entire cycle of our shoes so that it has as little impact as possible on the environment. All our materials come from Spain and our manufacturing workshop is in Portugal.
Our shoes are even 100% recyclable! We recover them at the end of their life.
